Refund policy

Easy, hassle free returns + exchanges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at with your reason for wanting to return an item. Once we approve the return, we’ll send you a return label as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first, will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return/exchange inquiry.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), books + magazines, intimates, or sanitary goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or consignment.

Exchanges/Store Credit Only
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your item is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following of your choice within 5-7 business days: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit (store credit), or a refund to the original form of payment if the item is damaged used to pay for the item minus shipping fees.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This includes items out of stock as well.


Additional Instructions

For some items, there will be separate return instructions inside your packaging. Please check the invoice in your packaging for those specified return instructions. If there are no specified instructions please email us: for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please be aware that when your package is marked as delivered to your address, we are no longer responsible and cannot replace your item(s) if your package is stolen on your property.


Fast + Easy shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders over $150. Please note that some orders may have products that arrive in separate deliveries. For more detailed information on delivery times, please refer to the product listing for that item. 

Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us ASAP by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

*Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as the Holiday Season. Up to 2 weeks.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived with damaged contents inside, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
